Description - Description: In accordance with the provisions of article L. 1231-1 of the transport code, the municipality of Mende is the organizing authority for mobility on its territory. By deliberation No. 20217 of March 7, 2024, the CCSPL, then the municipal council of the commune of Mende, chose to devolve the management and operation of its public passenger transport network by means of a public service delegation agreement within the meaning of article L. 1411-1 et seq. of the general code of local authorities. The purpose of this consultation is to award this public service delegation agreement relating to the management and operation of the public passenger transport network in the municipality
