Description - Description: The municipality of Saint-Tropez wishes to delegate a public service mission relating to the management and operation of the refueling station of the municipal marina of Saint-Tropez, located on Quai Guépratte within the port area. In a ccordance with Articles L1411-1 of the CGCT and L1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code, this delegation is granted at the concessionaire's own risk, under the conditions set out in the agreement.
