Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to designate a holder of the public service delegation agreement whose purpose is to entrust it, under the conditions and according to the terms defined in the Contract, with the operation of mobility services. All stages of the procedure for awarding the future Delegation of services will be managed by MOULINS COMMUNAUTÉ in its capacity as Delegating Authority. The Contract will be executed at the Delegate's own risk, in application of the general principles of delegation law and all legal and regulatory provisions in force at the time of its execution.
