Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public service concession contract, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as Article L. 1121-3 et seq. of Part III of the Public Procurement Code, for the operation of the Aquamosa aquatic center of the Commercy Voïd Vaucouleurs Community of Communes.
