Description - The City of Sarreguemines has paid parking authority on public roads and in existing parks. To date, the City of Sarreguemines has 3,090 parking spaces including: - 736 on-street spaces including 434 paid spaces - 1,770 spaces in off-road car parks i ncluding 244 paying spaces - 584 spaces in on-site car parks (Parking du Carré Louvain and Parking du Moulin) including 573 paid spaces. In this context, the City wishes to entrust, through a service concession contract of the public service delegation type within the meaning of the provisions of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as the Article L. 1121-3 and the third part of the Public Procurement
