Description - Description: This contract is a renewal and is a continuation of the previous contract of the same name. It aims to implement a 2-day training course on the theme of "participative management". This training must meet the following needs: 1. Be part of the FoCoMan continuing education course "Support for change"; 2. Support tailor-made projects for administrations, such as "Priority management - GPP" within the FWB; 3. Be part of a future FoCoMan continuing education course "Innovation / Participative management": this course will be aimed at all levels of managers wishing to develop in-depth expertise in this theme.
