Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a delegate for the management and operation of the Palestra aquatic center located in Chaumont (52 - Haute -Marne). As part of its competence, the agglomeration of Chaumont implemented the c onstruction of a multi-activity complex named Palestra. This complex includes on the one hand, an aquatic center also with playful spaces and well-being, and on the other hand, for information, a multipurpose room of event-spectacle.
