Description - Description: This consultation is initiated on the basis of Articles L.1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) as well as, in particular, the "specific rules for the award of certain concession contracts" referred to in Part II I of the Public Procurement Code relating to public service concessions.
