Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to designate a holder of the Public Service Delegation Contract including the management, operation, maintenance, upkeep and development of the fishing and pleasure port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.Th e Delegate will ensure at its own risk and within the framework of national and community standards its missions of operating the Public Service Delegation.The Delegate will be remunerated by the operating revenues of the service granted and any equipment subsidies for projects meeting development challenges.
