Description - Description: The purpose of the concession will consist of operating bus lines serving the territory of the Coulommiers Pays de Brie urban community and the Deux Morin community of communes, according to the terms defined by the contract and will inc lude 66 regular lines, 6 TAD, representing approximately 8,300,000 KCC in 2023.
