Description - Description: The creation of district heating corresponded to the urbanization, during the 60s, of the western districts of the City: Pissevin and Valdegour. This public service was entrusted, from the beginning, to a company specialized in the field , Sonic, which later became Dalkia. The contract, signed in 1964 for a period of 30 years, was extended in 1993: the end of the contract was thus set at June 30, 2013.The existing installations of the public district heating service include:• a heat production system comprising a gas and fuel oil boiler room with 4 generators operating at high pressure,• a heat network composed of approximately 11,000 linear meters of pipes;• 72 substations
