Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to award the concession contract in the form of a Public Service Delegation to entrust the production, distribution and marketing of heat in the area concerned by the project, in accordance with Articl es L. 1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT), in accordance with the provisions of the third part relating to concessions of the Public Procurement Code.
