Description - Description: The subject of this consultation aims to designate the future concessionaire in charge of the exploitation and commercial development of the port of Béthune-Beuvry and the Guarbecque quay. The concessionaire will assume these missions a t his own risk in accordance with the provisions of article L. 1121-1 of the CCP. The mission of the future concessionaire will consist in managing and developing logistics services and actions for logistics channels and transport operators, in a logic of full services and the possibility, in collaboration with other platforms, to contribute to development of services on a “network” scale.
