Description - Description: The City of Kouvola invites bids for open public transport schedules.The service under the agreement will start at all locations on 7 August 2025. The lengths of the agreements and possible option periods vary by location.In locations 6 and 8, the agreement will end at the end of the summer transport season 2029, the day before the start of the basic education academic year.
