Description - Description: The City of Kouvola invites bids for open public transport schedules.The service under the agreement will start at all locations on 7 August 2025. The lengths of the agreements and possible option periods vary by location.In locations 1, 2 and 4, the agreement will end at the end of the summer transport season 2033, the day before the start of the basic education academic year. With the consent of both parties, the agreement may be extended by a maximum of two option periods of up to one year (1+1).
