Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to relaunch a public works contract for the creation of a multi-sports ground (city stadium) for the municipality of Médan (78), declared without follow-up for reasons of general interest.This contrac t is awarded according to the adapted procedure in application of articles L2123-1, R2123-1, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the public procurement code.The contract takes effect from its notification date in accordance with articles R2182-4 and R2182-5 of the public procurement code, it is concluded until the end of the perfect completion guarantee period.The overall execution period includes the preparation period and the execution period of the works.
