Description - Description: These special specifications concern the part of the surroundings of phase II which completes the extension project of the CHWAPI hospital in Tournai.This contract includes the development of the area bounded to the south by rue de la Ci tadelle, to the east by rue de barges, and buildings 800 and 700 of phase I.
