Description - Description: According to Art. 4, para. 1 of the Ordinance on the conditions and procedures for carrying out an environmental impact assessment (EIA), the legislator foresees obligations for the Employer of an investment proposal to inform the affect ed population at the earliest stage of its investment proposal, through the mass media, by publishing advertisements in national dailies and local newspapers. According to Art. 97, para. 5 of the ZOOS, the Employer of the investment proposal shall notify all interested individuals and legal entities of the place and date of the public discussion of the EIA report through mass media.
