Description - This acquisition will be negotiated on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Lakeshore Systems, Inc. per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability t o respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
