Description - SIRTOM ensures the controlled transport of leachate from the former Faubourg de Leuilly Technical Landfill Center (CET) in Laon to the urban water treatment plant in the city of Laon. However, the treatment capacities of the station may occasionally prove insufficient to treat the leachate produced on the CET. In order to protect against any overflow of leachate into the natural environment, SIRTOM wishes to use the service of pumping from waste water basins (leachate), transport, unloading and treatment at an approved station.
