Description - Description: SIRTOM ensures the transport of leachate from the former Faubourg de Leuilly Technical Landfill Centre (CET) in Laon to the urban water treatment plant in the city of Laon. However, the treatment capacity of the plant may occasionally pr ove insufficient to treat the leachate produced at the CET.
