Description - Description: The purpose of the order formalization framework agreement is to make the provision of coaches with driver for provision of punctual road transport of people, children and adults, all year round day and night, including weekends, on shor t, medium or long distances organized by the city of Nogent-sur-Oise. This framework agreement lasting one year from September 1, 2025 can be renewed twice by annual periods. The annual value is 50,000 euros HT maximum per year.
