Description - Purchase and Redevelopment of City-Owned Property Synopsis: The City of Meadow Lake (the City) invites Proposals with respect to the purchase and redevelopment of the former Northland Pioneer Lodge located at 515 3rd Street West (herein called the Pr operty). The Property served as a long-term care facility until 2022 when the new Northwest Community Lodge opened and began operations in a new location. The Property and transfer of ownership from the Prairie North Regional Health Authority/Saskatchewan Health Authority to the City occurred in March 2023. The City would like to see the Property redeveloped for a use that complements the existing development in the neighbourhood and contributes
