Notice Inviting Quotation
Quotations in sealed envelope are invited from the interested vendors for supply of
the following items in the Department of Physics, Burdwan University, Burdwan. The
quotations must reach Dr Anindya Bose at the address given below on or before 30
June, 2023 (05:00 pm).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Price inclusive of GST, taxes, levies and Shipping cost (if any) should be quoted.
2. Full specifications of the items must be accompanied with the copies of the
Income Tax Acknowledgement Receipt for the latest Assessment year, P.T.
Deposit Challan for latest year, up to date clearance of Service Tax Registration
(last receipt of Challan), Pan Card, GST Registration Certificate, Trade License
(as applicable).
3. The envelope must be superscripted with “Quotation for items against Notice
dt. 16 June 2023”.
4. The University is not bound to accept the lowest rate and reserves the right to
cancel any of the quotation without assigning any reasons thereof.
