Description - Description: The service of personal transportation with assistance is provided on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania to residents of the Švenčioni district municipality who have declared their place of residence in the Švenčioni district municipality or are included in the register of persons without a place of residence, but who actually live in the Municipality, who cannot use public or individual transport due to age, disability or illness and for whom additional assistance is required during the trip.
