Description - Description: Helen Oy ("Customer" or "Procurement Entity") is looking for one (1) framework contract supplier in this procurement, whose responsibility will be the delivery of interface converters to be installed in the heat distribution centers of t he Customer's customers' properties. The interface converter must enable communication between the connection device installed in the heat distribution center and the protocol conversion between Moddbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU implemented by the heat controller of the heat distribution equipment.
