Description - Description: Acquisition of talketamab (Talvey solution for injection) to secure continuation of treatment as monotherapy for the treatment of relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma in adult patients who have received at least three prior therapies , including an immunomodulatory agent, a proteasome inhibitor and an anti-CD38 antibody, and whose disease has been shown to have progressed during the most recent therapy.Talketamab is a dual-specific IgG4-PAA (immunoglobulin G4 proline, alanine, alanine) antibody that targets the GPRC5D receptor and the CD3 receptor on the surface of T cells.
