Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier that will cover the Client's needs for the purchase of tissue paper, cleaning and disposable products in daily operations, at the right quality, in a c ost-effective and environmentally and socially responsible manner. The agreement also includes service purchases such as assembly/disassembly of dispensers. In the case of project procurements/larger procurements, e.g. for the purchase and possible assembly of dispensers, the Client shall have the right to conduct its own competitions.
