Description - Description: For the primary task of waste collection, the Waste and Raw Materials Department (hereinafter: A&G) of the municipality of Amsterdam uses collection vehicles on a heavy chassis, or trucks. This tender concerns the replacement of 45 emiss ion-emitting collection vehicles with 45 emission-free collection vehicles. The emission-free collection vehicles to be purchased must be delivered from Q1 2026. From that moment on, two A&G construction sites will be equipped with a suitable charging infrastructure with which the emission-free collection vehicles can be charged.
