Description - Description: HungaroControl Hungarian Air Traffic Services Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HC or the Client) is installing a Passive MSPSR system (System) consisting of 4 receiver stations in order to improve the primary airspace surveillance of Bud apest TMA and the entire Budapest FIR airspace (LHCC). The System must be able to detect aircraft passively, without using its own signal source, using analogue FM and DVB-T2 signal sources.
