Description - Description: The scope of work for PWO-2024-27 is to furnish all labour, tools, equipment, and materials to install an epoxy double broadcast flooring system in the patrol garage bays. Approximate work area is 250 square metres of a 540 square metre building, with concrete spalling as deep at 38mm. The system and products to be supplied must list on label that it be effective for depths of 38mm minimum. There are areas of the floor slab where fluids/oils have saturated the concrete, a penetrating primer will be required in the isolated areas. The Contractor shall prepare existing floor for the installation of the new flooring system with a mechanical shot blasting unit. Install the new floor
