Description - Description: The Space Development Agency (SDA) is issuing this DRAFT Other Transaction Authority (OT) solicitation for a prototyping effort of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) Tranche 3 (T3) Tracking Layer. The T3 Tracking Layer prototyping effort will accelerate the capability to provide global, persistent indications, detection, warning, tracking, and identification of conventional and advanced missile threats, including hypersonic missile systems.
