Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Snow Blowing of Cul-de-Sacs, as further described i n Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking qualified and experienced contractors for supplemental snow removal operations. Contractors will be responsible for providing snow blowing equipment to clear cul-de-sacs in designated zones across the City.
