Description - Description: 1.1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeastern (VISN7) intends to establish a 5-Year IDIQ for “Cost Per Reportable Test” medical laboratory testing, analysis, and diagnostic evaluation services with a 5-year term with 1-year pr icing periods.
