Description - Description: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (NFLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office is soliciting a full and open competitive contract for pediatric medical services in support of the Educational and Developmental Intervention Servi ces (EDIS) program, on behalf of Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). This requirement supports the EDIS program with Early Intervention Services (EIS) to infants/toddlers (birth to 36 months) and Related Services (RS) to students receiving special education in Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools overseas. EDIS Services are required at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS)
