Description - Description: The government wants all children to have access to an equal nursery offer of high quality. The Nursery School Act and the framework plan set requirements and frameworks for the nursery offer and the quality of kindergarten, but we do no t know enough about compliance in the sector today. The Government would like to make sure that the nursery sector gets good support in the work on quality development in nurseries, cf. the national nursery strategy towards 2030, nursery school for a new era. Different evaluations, surveys and reports point out that there can be challenges with the municipality's supervision of kindergartens and the compliance with the nursery law in the sector.
