Description - Description: The Contracting Entity has an ongoing need to enter into EPC contracts relating to utility scale onshore solar energy projects in the Republic of Ireland. The Contracting Entity wishes to establish a qualification system with a pool of q ualified parties (i.e. the Qualified Applicants) that can be invited to specific Competitions under the Qualification System in relation to the procurement and execution of such works.The works are expected to be required within the functional areas set out below.
