Quality of service to assess compliance with the Roaming Regulation (EU) 2022/612: To assess the effectiveness of the quality of service obligations in the context of the review of the Roaming Regulation (EU) 2022/612. The study should include some measurements of the quality of service for domestic and roaming data services, including information such as the offered network technology and generations (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), the typical download and upload speeds, latency, possibly handover quality, e.g. when crossing a country border. The quality of service of the data roaming services shall be compared with the domestic quality
