| Description | Memo No. 1168 Date: 05/04/2023 QUATATION NOTICE Sealed quotation is hereby invited from experienced Agency/Firm for pest control at MJN Medical College and Hospital, Coochbehar. Scope of Work:- Activity to be pest and rodent free hospital environment to protect infection spreading by restrict entry and prevent life cycle at patient service area by ant, roaches, rodents, termites, mosquitoes, fleas, spiders and other crawling insects. The Agency should be used ECO-F1RNDLY pesticides which must be mentioned in the quotation. Pest Control activity will be done monthly basic at least two times in a month. Rate should be quoted monthly basis. Period:- One Year General Specification: The intending bidders offer rate at their letter head and put it sealed envelop super scribe of ‘Quotation for Pest Control Activity'. Bidders must attach self attested below mentioned document with their 1. Valid Trade License on related activity 2. Opting license for Sale or Distribution of Insecticides from appropriate authority. 3. Permanent Account Number (PAN Card) 4. Tax return for F.Y. 2022-2023. Dropping of sealed quotation- with in 20/04/2023 during office hours up to 3pm (Expect Sunday & Holiday) at Tender Box kept at office chamber of undersigned Opening date of Quotation- on 20/04/2023 at 3.00 pm at chamber of undersigned willing bidders or his representative may present at time opening of quotation. |
