You are requested to visit the site during 10.00AM to 4.00PM on any working day and duly filled up the
quotation with all documents for the above work in sealed envelope super scribed “Servicing of Projectors” to Council
Engineer, EMC, Room No.2, Ground Floor, Wing 1, AICTE Hq. Nelson Mandela Marg, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-70.
The quotations will be received upto 2:30Pm on 31st March 2023. . Council reserves the right to reject any or all the
quotations without assigning any reason. A genuine spare parts supply certificates may be provided.

Terms & Conditions :
1. All replacement of Lamps with housing and services of Projectors must be done at site.
2. Any damage during service the firm will be provide equivalent projector model.
3. Payment will be released after successfully replacement and servicing of Projectors certificate given by
appointed officer by AICTE.
4. No advance payment shall be made.
5. All replaced parts must be handed over to concern department.
6. Work shall be completed within 10 days after receiving work order.
7. Warrantee certificate will be provided along with the Bill.
