Description - This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to award a purchase order with Illumina, Inc, San Diego, CA for the service and maintenance of their MiSeq silver support plan for M00410 as descri bed in the below Statement of Work. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 entitled, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 entitled, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Illumina, Inc. is, to the USGS knowledge, the only ones who have personnel who are certified to perform the maintenance and repairs on their equipment to keep their manufacture warranty. The
