NOTICE AND TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SELECTION OF ARCHITECT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING OF HYDERABAD CHAPTER BY DEMOLITING
ITS OLD BUILDING AT 6-3-609/5, ANAND NAGAR COLONY, KHAIRATABAD,
HYDERABAD.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a statutory body set up under an Act of
Parliament i.e. the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (Act No. 56 of 1980) is desirous for construction
of Institute’s state of art building over a plot area of 5400 Sq.ft. at plot No. 6-3-609/5, Anand Nagar
Colony, Khairatabad, Hyderabad after demolition of its existing old building. The proposed premises
will be for use of Institute’s Hyderabad Chapter with state of art to accommodate following minimum
facilities:
a) Reception area cum waiting Area
b) Office – Chairman’s Room, Executive Officer Cabin, & Staffs workstation.
c) Meeting room
d) Classrooms
e) Moot court
f) Multipurpose Hall – 200-300 Capacity with flexibility of making 2 nos. on need
basis.
g) Library cum reading room.
h) Cafeteria
In view of the above, applications are invited from the reputed Architectural firms/Architects (having
their either head office or branch office at Hyderabad or tie-up/collaboration with local Architect at
Hyderabad) for selection of Architect for above mentioned work. The scope of work of the architect
shall be as per the details given below:
(A) SCOPE OF WORK
1. Site evaluation and analysis;
2. Architectural work and site development;
3. Structural engineering work;
4. Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply and sewerage work;
5. Electrical work and back -up power;
6. Energy Efficient System
7. Use of Green building concept in Design, if possible.
8. Fire Fighting Services;
9. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning work (HVAC) .
10. Acoustical work
