Description - Description: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall enter into parallel framework agreements for engineering design services for Andøya. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to three tenderers. Tenderers are, in this connection, invited to apply for prequalification to the competition. The announced total value is estimated to NOK 700 million excluding VAT. The competition is for a competition over the EEA threshold values set in the Regulations on Defence and Security Procurements (FOSA) and it follows the rules in this regulation's part I and II. This is a competition form with a prequalification, which means that only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirement
