Description - Description: The Auditorium and Natatorium Envelope Upgrades are part of a major infrastructure initiative to upgrade the aging Brennan Park recreational facility. The District has previously secured a contract for the Green and Accessibility Retrofi t project at the facility using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach.The District intends to deliver this portion of the project using a Design-Build methodology with a single Contractor responsible for all aspects of the Deliverables.
