Description - Description: The District of Squamish is seeking a professional engineering consulting firm to assist with the update of the District’s Sanitary Sewer Master Plan, which was completed in March 2018. In 2023, the Province of British Columbia introdu ced housing legislation to allow increased density in areas currently zoned for single-family or duplex use through Bill 44. The legislation is expected to increase the ultimate buildout population of the District. However, the rate of uptake and final build out are uncertain at this time.
