Description - The Trust is currently engaged in a project to replace their current Outpatient facility at Haywood Hospital with a new two-storey facility. This is due to the ongoing issue with a number of buildings across the country suffering with RAAC syndrome p reviously used in the construction. The demolition of the existing building is currently being undertaken by the Trust as an enabling contract. This project is for the construction of a replacement two-storey Outpatient facility which will link back to the existing PFI building on the site.
