Description - Description: The Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) on behalf of the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford and the city of Fredericksburg is currently accepting proposals from qualified Vendors to design and build a new, fully stocked and functional (turnkey) Substance Use Medication Assisted Treatment Mobile Clinic Facility Vehicle to serve these five localities. Vendor shall be responsible for all costs incurred in preparing or responding to this RFP.
