Description - Description: NAVAIR intends to negotiate and award a sole-source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0005 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Melbourne, FL to modify and test the existing Radar Pressurization Cooling System (RPCS) Controller hardware and firmware.
