Description - Description: The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is conducting a market research survey in order to effectively identify the capabilities of small businesses, existing entrants, and new entrants into Federal contracting, available i n the market place for meeting the requirements of the Rail Car Intransit Visibility (ITV) program. The information being requested will be used within the Department of Defense (DoD) to facilitate decision-making and will only be disclosed to the stakeholders of the requirement. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and does not constitute a request for a proposal nor commit the Government to make purchase of any supplies or services now
