Description - Description: Sources Sought The Army Contracting Command – Letterkenny Contracting Office (CCAM-DSP) is issuing this Sources Sought/Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the r esources to support this requirement for railroad car movement or switching services. These services will allow movement of the railroad cars from the gate line and inside Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC).
